How do we help?

We provide a neutral, professional supervision service to support the safe collection of belongings after separation. Our trained Property Attendants attend the property at an agreed time to observe the Respondent’s attendance and ensure the process remains calm, compliant, and conflict-free.

This service is ideal for situations involving Intervention Orders or high-conflict dynamics. We work in accordance with any court orders and require a clear list of items to be collected. Our attendants do not intervene but maintain a discreet presence to deter misconduct and promote respectful conduct.

Following each attendance, we provide a detailed observational report and, where permitted, body-worn camera footage, delivered securely within 72 hours. This creates a clear, independent record to support parties and their legal representatives.
