For Lawyers and Referring Agencies
We work closely with family lawyers, community legal centres, and support services to provide a safe, neutral and professionally observed environment for the collection of personal property following separation. Our service is especially suitable in matters involving:
Intervention Orders (IVOs)
High-conflict separations
Allegations of coercive control or family violence
Clients who cannot safely attend a property unaccompanied
Matters where court-ordered property retrieval is authorised
How to Refer a Client
Confirm that your client has received legal advice and that the circumstances are appropriate for third-party supervision.
Ensure that any necessary orders or conditions are included in the IVO or family law orders, such as:
Permission for indirect communication via our service;
Leave to provide us with a copy of the IVO or orders.
Provide your client with our contact details so they can make a tentative booking.
Your client will be asked to submit:
A finite list of items to be collected;
A copy of the relevant order(s);
Full payment to confirm attendance.
What We Provide
Attendance at the agreed location and time by a trained property attendant.
Body-worn camera footage (where permitted) securely provided within 72 hours.
A clear, factual observational report suitable for use in legal proceedings, outlining:
Times of arrival and departure;
Items collected;
Behaviour and compliance of the attending party;
Any concerns or incidents observed.
This documentation may be helpful to your client in future litigation, especially where disputes arise about compliance, conduct, or property damage during retrieval.
Confidentiality & Subpoenas
We maintain strict confidentiality and data protection standards. All footage and reports are securely stored and only shared with parties authorised by the client or by court order.
We understand our materials may be subpoenaed in court proceedings and are prepared to comply with such requirements when legally served.
